Three kinds of people

I’ve come to the conclusion that there are only three kinds of people who will vote for Obama in the coming election: ignoramuses, racists, and traitors.

Some people will vote for Obama because they’ve chosen to be completely ignorant. They may be practically illiterate; the one thing that’s certain is that they have no understanding of the fact that Obama has been a complete and utter failure in office. They probably get what news they hear from the lying Mainstream Media – you know, those guys who are desperate to get Obama elected again after they managed it the first time.

Then there are people who will vote for Obama because he’s black. (Voting for him because he’s handsome falls under “ignoramus.”) It grieves me greatly that the first black American president is going to go down in history as the worst president ever. Even worse than Carter. It’s a real shame, because there are actual, competent politicians who are black who would have done a great job as President of the United States. Instead, we got a total incompetent – a total incompetent who doesn’t actually have much shared experience with American blacks, what with his growing up overseas and all. (Message of Obama’s legacy to black children: if you’re the grandson of wealthy white progressives and make sure to hang out with Marxists, you have a shot at the Presidency.)

Then there are the people who will vote for Barack Obama because they believe the same things he believes, and agree with his policies, like the one about being able to kill American citizens overseas without a trial in drone strikes. These people are traitors to the Constitution. It’s clear that Obama swore his oath with no intention whatsoever of keeping it; now that it lies shattered for anyone to see (not attending his security briefings? Lying to the American people about a terrorist attack that killed a US ambassador? Getting a platoon of literally brown-shirted goons to arrest a filmmaker at midnight for “alleged probation violations” and then throwing him in solitary?) Let’s see, how does that oath go? “…I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Not even I think President Failure is so incompetent that his abysmal performance is due to a lack of ability.

Romney’s no peach. But at least he’s proven to have some level of competence in politics and business that’s not due to other people paving his way to success, and I think he’ll be slightly less likely to find ever-more blatant ways to break his oath of office at every opportunity.
